It is best described as an "arena of ideas" where we discuss talent development specifically around leadership. This includes how to develop, identity and engage leaders. Most months we also unpack the ideas from the monthly ATD meeting and relate them to leadership.

Bryan Chenault - current Director of HR for Whitlock. Though he wears many hats in his daytime job, helping others reach their full potential is the theme that runs through all of it. Bryan continues to capture as much information as possible around the areas of personal and professional development through books, articles, networking and association memberships.
