Yes! We believe everyone can learn and share their skills. The application form will ask for details about what you’d like to gain and contribute through this experience. We’ll use this information to find the best match for you.

Who can be a mentor?

Anyone! We all have something to offer.

Can I request a specific pairing?

Yes, you have the opportunity to request a specific pairing, but we cannot guarantee that match. To request a specific mentor or mentee, please write the name in the preferences section of the application form.

Who drives the process?

Each member of the MIG program is responsible for driving the goals, scheduling, and ultimate outcome of the relationship. If you have any follow up questions or need further support, don’t hesitate to reach out to us at MIG@RichmondATD.org.
