The Greater Richmond chapter offers a few different levels of volunteer service.

• Leading. GRATD board members dedicate 10-12 hours a month to running the chapter in various capacities. GRATD chapter membership, ATD national membership, and ALC registration are included with this level of service.

• Serving. GRATD serving members dedicate 5-7 hours a month to leading sections of the chapter, such as a Special Interest Group (SIG) or serving as a mentor in the Mentoring Interest Group (MIG).
