So many companies and organizations create a development plan for their talent, and then label it a Mentoring Program. True mentoring programs follow a specific protocol and provide the opportunity for a rich, self-realizing learning experience for both the mentor and the protégé.
This interactive session will include the following content:
* The basic building blocks for a true Mentoring Program
* The importance of sponsorship and commitment
* Preparing the participants, both Mentors and Protégés
* Measuring the effectiveness of the program
This session will be facilitated by Steve Tyler, who had researched, created, and managed Mentoring Programs for a variety of organizations.
