EVENT: CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING!

This workshop is designed to ignite, unimagined creativity to overcome workplace challenges.  The Six Steps of Problem Solving will be provided to incorporate inventive ways to solve problems. Real world situations will be explored to show how these techniques can be applied to typical organizational challenges. During the workshop we will play the creativity game BOFF-O! (Brain on Fast Forward). Any participant will be amazed at their own ability to be creative, even if they have never thought of themselves in this light. We play on teams so no one will be concerned about having "right" answers. Don't miss this one!!

• Understanding that creativity is inherent in all of us.
• Specifics techniques to tap into creative thought and energy.
• Recognizing the Six Steps of Problem Resolution.

• Increase knowledge of how to apply problem-solving approaches to challenges in the workplace. 

Facilitator:  The program will be facilitated by Kay Taylor. Kay is the CEO/Founder for Winning The Training Game, LLC, a training and coaching company. Formerly, she was Director of Training for Progressive Group Alliance based on her background in Institutional Distribution business management for ten years.
