Getting the Most out of Your Development Programs
(Enhance the 'Stickiness' of Your Training)

Why Haven’t People Changed?

New Hire Orientation.  Emerging Leader Programs.  Leadership Development.  Change Management and Time Management Workshops. Team Retreats…

We’ve all developed and facilitated programs designed to impart knowledge, enlighten, develop, and move our people forward.   We need training programs that educate our people to get organizational results.   But how do we know that our participants are taking the new information and using it:  applying it – “becoming” it?   Do we know for sure what will happen after training?

We want the learner to take steps towards different actions and take on new behaviors.  We want to see results.  In this interactive program, you will find how a concept of integrated learning will allow you to deliver more in terms of activating human potential.    In this presentation, you’ll:

  • Understand why people go through hours of training and find it hard to change behavior
  • Find out how development practitioners can optimize learning events for all types of employees, but especially leaders
  • Learn four keys to designing programs that get behavior change and action from the learner
  • Walk away with a custom plan to enhance your current and future programs in your organization or for clients!
