Creating a Personal-Business Relationship
Presented by: Clay Eure
People don’t leave companies, they leave managers. Which means that the employee manager relationship is more important than anything, especially in today’s labor market. Great employees are in high demand and have their pick of where to work. If you want to retain these high performers, you need to make sure they have strong relationships with their managers. Managers need to understand their employees on a much deeper level than just the boss/worker relationship. Managers who can form deep connections with their staff will be more likely to retain these key employees.
In this workshop we’ll teach you how to start developing Personal Business Relationships with your employees. PBRs help engage your employees and tie them even more to the company. You’ll create deeper relationships and show that you care about your employees as human beings, not just human doings.
