Rebecca is currently a Global Partner for the Lumina Learning USA, a worldwide talent development organization headquartered in London with offices in over 44 countries with a mission to support organizations in creating and sustaining inclusive environments that support and develop the people, their most valuable natural resource.

Rebecca’s personal mission is to change the way in which people work together which permeates true culture shifts. The core of this process is to help individuals increase their self-awareness so that they can then recognize and utilize their own unique abilities and the unique ability of others. Once that is achieved at the highest levels in an organization, true culture shift occurs which transcends the environment into one of human respect and inclusion.

Rebecca is a published author of "Step up to the Plate: The Power of Passion and Determination" which focuses on personal change and transformation. She has run women programs, many of these based on her book, both internationally and across the USA for clients and women associations. She is a co-author with Drs. Ken Blanchard and Deepak Chopra in "Roadmap to Success." Rebecca lives in Plano, Texas with her husband and their dog Bailey, and she runs the Lumina Learning USA office in Dallas where she oversees clients and practitioners across the Americas.

This interactive session is designed to build self-awareness in leaders and assist them in supporting the self-awareness of others. Emphasis is on tips and techniques to building a leader's emotional agility to drive the elimination of unconscious bias within the organization.

During this session, participants will:

1. Understand who they are and how they show up under natural situations as well as high pressure situations.

2. Learn how to better connect with and influence others based on the scenario they are involved in.

3. Discover how to view others through a lens that eliminates unconscious bias to see the true value and strengths of those with whom they are working or interacting.

4. Be able to raise their emotional agility so that they may choose better actions and reactions during their interactions.
