Session Description:

This session will look at one aspect of workplace diversity and inclusion planning that is highly relevant to today’s TD professional. It will focus on a concept that makes an individual unique using a model similar to Kurt Lewin’s force field analysis.

During this session, participants will learn:

1. What are headwinds and tailwinds?

2. Why is awareness of them important?

3. How do you assess their existence and impact?

This program aligns with domain three of the ATD Capability Model: Change Management and Talent Strategy and Management.
