Olivia Lockwood has an enduring interest in developing human potential which provides the foundation for her over 25 years of sales and executive coaching success. Her public speaking achievements include an understanding of DEI and I and B terms and the importance of having difficult conversations. She has been a master facilitator since 2008 and received her BA in management science from Texas A&M University. Olivia received her CPTD and is a certified professional coach.
This session will look at one aspect of workplace diversity and inclusion planning that is highly relevant to today’s TD professional. It will focus on a concept that makes an individual unique using a model similar to Kurt Lewin’s force field analysis.
During this session, participants will learn:
1. What are headwinds and tailwinds?
2. Why is awareness of them important?
3. How do you assess their existence and impact?
